Our support team handles calls of all natures, not just IT. From Printer problems to SRA rules to general guidance navigating our applications,our support team is there to assist. Over the last few months we have been working on a new system that will allow you to log support calls & track the status of them online. When you submit your call details, it will pop-up immediately on our support system and will be allocated to one of the team. Any updates to the call will be emailed to you so you
are kept informed throughout the process. This direct link to the support team will eliminate frustrations caused by our reception desk being busy with other calls. We will be rolling out this service to you in the New Year.
